Equipment General Introduction
XK-CAC is researched and developed according to vocational education training.
1. This device is to miniaturize the central air conditioner, adopting the real component composition, and at the same time guarantee the integrity and rationality of the entire central air conditioning system. It can demonstrate the working conditions of refrigeration in summer and heating in winter.
2. All refrigeration equipment and electrical control devices adopt open structure, which directly shows the system structure and working principle of central air conditioner, and can clearly see the physical objects of all parts of the equipment. Students can design, assemble and debugging the equipment according to different technical requirements.
3. The whole training equipment is integrated with refrigeration system, electrical control system, water circulation system and fault simulation system. Be able to train students the comprehensive skills of equipment installation, technology, debugging, operation, maintenance and repair etc.
4. The central control processor adopts Siemens S7-200 programmable controller, which has mature professional technology and broad market background. The upper computer software displays the system operation status and data in real time.
5. The equipment has the function of intelligent fault assessment, which enables the equipment to set a variety of common faults in actual operation for students to troubleshooting by hand, so that students can comprehensively master the technical knowledge of central air conditioning and improve their operational ability.
6. The system equips with AC voltmeter, ammeter, thermometer, vacuum pressure gauge, signal indicator light, electric control schematic diagram and system schematic diagram, etc., enable the real-time working status of the whole system is clear, facilitating the teaching demonstration & explanation and improve students' understanding of textbook knowledge.
7. Temperature measurement points are configured in the compressor, evaporator, condenser and other parts, which is convenient for students to measure and understand the changes of each point parameters and the working status of the system.
8. The tube is provided with liquid lens to observe the state of refrigerant. In the refrigeration system, the red pipe is the high
pressure pipeline, and the blue pipe is the low pressure pipeline.
