Use original battery packs of BYD electric vehicles. The nominal voltage of the battery pack is 394.2V, the capacity is 130AH, the unit cell is 3.65V130AH, and 108 unit cells are connected in series; it supports the original car's battery life of 250-450Km and adopts distributed battery management system. this trainer provides power source for the drive system and other trainer. Complete with original connecting cable ,and the connection mode is the same as in real BYD vehicle. Equipped with teaching board to completely display circuit diagram of the power battery pack . The low-voltage control circuit is installed with detection terminals. With the help of multimeter, oscilloscope or other instruments, can detect real-time parameter variation under various states
Training Objectives:
1. Understand the structure and working principle of power battery pack
2. BMS real-time data reading, such as reading the voltage, temperature, SOC, current, health level and other data of the power battery, and analyzing the online balance status of the battery
3. Understand the components and circuits of power batteries and battery management systems and their functions
4. Measurement, inspection and maintenance of single cell
5. Detection of anode contactor, cathode contactor and voltage divider
6. Insulation detection of power battery pack
7. Charge and discharge of power battery
