The design of this trainer is based on 2012 Prius gasoline electric hybrid
engine and automatic transmission system, to simulate engine startup
speedup, slowdown and other actions with the aim of illustrating the structure
and working principle of gasoline and electricity hybrid power engines. In
addition ,fault detection and diagnosis, fault setting and troubleshooting can
be conducted.
The practical training platform is installed with diagnosis socket connecting
dedicated or universal automobile decoder. the diagnosis socket reads fault codes,
clears fault codes, and reads data stream from the engine, automatic transmission,
hybrid power and power electronically-controlled systems.
Detection terminals are installed on the practical training platform.
On the platform, operators can detect various detectors, executors, engine controlunit, automatic transmission, hybrid power unit and power control unit pins
electrical signals, such as resistance, voltage, current frequency signals
Equipped with fault setting and appraisal system :The system enable the
instructor to insert various types of faults in the system and to ask students tolocate the faults and repair the system to cultivate students' ability in fault
analysis, detection and troubleshooting.
