The design of this trainer is based on new
six real operable ignition system. This module enables the theoretical and
experimental analysis of contact- controlled, hall electronic, magnetic
induction, photoelectric, distributor less MPI, distributor less independent
ignition system. This real components trainer provides the instructor with
automotive ignition system for group or whole-class demonstration.
-Original components are clearly shown on panel that is mounted on movable stand ,with self-retention wheels, components with different color and labeled with name for easy identification
-Equipped with color schematics of ignition system, the power and wiring terminals, test points, could perform electrical signal tests such as resistance, voltage, current, frequency, etc and conduct wiring practices to strengthen student’s hand-on ability
-Equipped with diagnostic sockets,can be connected to a dedicated or general-auto decoders(scanner), and conduct self-diagnosis functions such as reading fault codes, clearing fault codes, reading data stream, etc for ignition system electronic control system.
-Operated by 220 V , and signal is produced by using motor and potentiometer knob to dynamically demonstrate the working process of each ignition system, the speed of motor is adjustable.
-Supplied with tachometer digital Rpm reader and oscilloscope screen to be used for checking HV signal and LV signal
