movement control system training platform consists of control hanging boxes and
experiment table. It is a DSP designing based high performance movement control
platform. Mainly consists of servo motor main control hanging box, servo motor
drive hanging box, touch screen hanging box, step motor hanging box and
microprocessor hanging box, also with servo motor and linear slipway module.
The system adopts modular structure, includes two types DSP, respectively are
TMS320F2407A and TMS320F28335, 28335
acts as the motor control main chip, through studying the control and drive
process in the servo motor working process, to learn the servo motor running
principle and movement control system all kinds of experiment
2407A is external DSP chip, mainly used to learn DSP all kinds of programming and control method. At the same time, the system is fully taken into account of the open and research teaching experiment requirement, the user can separate from the linear movement parts, and control the motor running individually and will not suffer the lead screw limit influence, at the same time, can carry out the digital PID parameter setting to the current loop, speed loop, position loop in the system and can analyze the system performance. It can be widely used in the subjects of power electronics, electrical machinery and movement control theory.
